	How do I download online forms?
	Sedgwick CMS provides all online forms in Adobe Acrobat PDF files, which require that you have Adobe's FREE Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to view and print any PDF file across all major computing platforms.
