Job analysis - Identification of the components of a job in order to ascertain the skills required for successful performance; components used include physical demands, mental demands, stress factors, environmental characteristics, and hazards.

Job modification - The development of medically appropriate ways for employees with disability-related restrictions to perform their regular jobs.
