VPA, Inc. announces disability partnership with Edison International

Calabasas, California – VPA Inc., a national leader in disability and absence management administration, has been selected by Edison International (NYSE: EIX - news) to manage its short-term and statutory disability programs for several specific employee groups.

     This partnership will allow Edison to improve disability benefits for these employees while also providing significant long-term cost savings for the corporation as a whole.

     Edison International, a global leader in power and energy, is the parent company of Southern California Edison, one of the nation's largest electric utilities. Other Edison companies included in the agreement are Edison Mission Energy, Edison Capital, and Edison Enterprises.
