Service Expansion with PepsiCo

Calabasas, California – VPA Inc. announces the expansion of services
provided to PepsiCo Inc. PepsiCo, headquartered in Purchase, New York, is a
world leader in beverage sales and the largest producer of snack chips. The new
service will be the management of PepsiCo's self-insured long-term disability
program covering over 67,000 employees.
VPA will now provide integrated short-term,
long-term, and statutory disability management services to PepsiCo. "The
expansion of this relationship reflects VPA's commitment to become a full
service provider to our clients," said Jack Bredehorn, President and Founder of
VPA. Services provided to PepsiCo by VPA also include a coordinated medical and
disability management system.
