    "Ask Sedgwick a Question".

    • In order to protect the confidentiality of your claim information, this is the only way that we can answer your claim-specific questions via email.
    • You may be able to find the answer to your question immediately using our
      "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)" section or our real-time Leave Status section.
    • If you still need to speak with a Sedgwick representative, a toll-free number will be provided to all registered users.
  • If you are unable to remember your User Name and/or password, click here and we will email them to you.
